Project Management

As a trusted service partner, Telserv’s project management team ensures the successful installation of your communications solution. We understand the challenges involved in planning, installing and maintaining enterprise communications systems. Coordinates with Telserv NOC and Field Engineers to develop and implements account specific SLA’s

Ownership of Telserv escalation process associated with a business-impacting issue, problem resolution, root cause analysis, and the implementation of continuous process improvement

Identifies SLA impacts on contract service metrics to all appropriate Telserv personnel

Conducts Job Cost reviews with assigned strategic account as well as internal coordination

Works with the Telserv Account

Executive on account strategy and roadmap discussions specific to that account
